Biographical Sketch
Katharina is a teaching assistant and PhD Student at the Chair of Econometrics at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. Before starting her PhD, she worked as a researcher at Leipzig University (Chair of Public Economics) and at the Research Institute Social Cohesion. She is an applied microeconomist working at the intersection of spatial economics and individual outcomes. Her research explores topics in well-being, migration, public and environmental economics.
